The Mechanical Engineering Department leads in the design, development, and production of weapons systems, and the Rapid Hardware Solutions team builds prototype hardware, test equipment, and hydraulics assemblies. What You Will Do

Plan, prepare, issue, and control production material for high‑mix, low‑volume production and development programs. Execute programs to meet customer requirements and deliver products on contract schedule. Oversee and manage the supply chain process from program start through contract closure. Assess supply resources, aggregate demand requirements, plan inventory, kitting, production, material, and rough‑cut capacity. Analyze and aggregate purchase material supply/demand positions using MRP tools. Plan inventory levels based on dependent and independent BOM requirements. Participate in build schedule generation to ensure proper scheduling of program requirements. Generate purchase requisitions and place purchase orders through supply chain. Analyze inventory position against material requirements and determine critical parts of procured materials and subassemblies. Control and coordinate disposition of subassemblies and materials affected by Engineering Change Notices. Qualifications You Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of professional, relevant experience. Material analysis experience using an MRP system or similar tools. Experience with SAP, PRISM, or related tools. Qualifications We Prefer

Experience using Rapid Response and VBS. Ability to analyze demands and coordinate multiple groups to meet schedules. Strong communication skills for meetings involving presentations and complex data reviews. Understanding of Line of Balance (LOB) and scheduling tools. Knowledge of Raytheon Global Supply Chain Procedures. What We Offer

Relocation eligible. Competitive salary range: $82,000 – $164,000 USD. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, and paid time off. Potential eligibility for annual incentive compensation programs. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representing all experience levels.
