Job Description

Sr. IT Project Manager, leads, plans, executes, monitors, controls and closes projects for the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO).

This role oversees and directs complex $5M+ enterprise wide corporate initiatives involving 15-50+ stakeholder groups across several organizational work streams and vendors utilizing waterfall / Agile methodology to deliver results.

Bachelor's Degree (Health Informatics, Information Technology, Information Systems or related discipline)

10 years experience leading projects in a cross-functional, technical systems implementation.

Required experience: Project Manager with Cybersecurity Portfolio.

Work environment: IAM Domain Data Security – Data Loss Domain – Application Management etc.

Direct responsible for P&L of allocated Finance Budget i.e., feature concept development to deployment within that given budget.

Healthcare Domain with EPMO or PMP Certification is good.

PM with Application Management experience and should be able to understand and manage the Technical Resources (not a Hardware/Systems/Network Security).

Strong Financial Management ability including comprehension of project financials, profit and loss and the ability to create and manage and adhere to a broader project budget – Advanced.

Strong Communication skills both written and verbal – Advanced.

Ability to successfully lead in a matrixed environment – Advanced.

Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI Preferred.

SAFe Scrum Master Certification Preferred.

Essential Functions

25% Actively plans and manages large scale Waterfall or Agile projects holistically around scheduled program increments and milestones, scope, cost, resource health and risks while collaborating with stakeholders in key meetings resulting in successful project delivery.

25% Plans and owns project finances, including timing implications and key payment dates while proactively reporting status, creating scorecards and fulfilling project analysis requests using critical and creative thinking.

25% Leads and contributes to vendor selection and procurement activities under program manager guidance while identifying, producing and fulfilling resource and go‑live operational plans to ensure project success.

25% Prepares key documents, presents business cases and produces other reports as needed while collaborating with stakeholders to bring projects through project funding conversations and initiation ceremonies.
