What is Required (Qualifications):
Proven experience leading and scaling successful sales teams, ideally in a high-velocity SaaS environment
Demonstrated ability to build and optimize outbound sales processes
Strong analytical skills to use metrics for strategy development and performance improvement
Experience managing and developing sales managers with a history of achieving strong team results
Ability to navigate fast-paced, scaling environments with resilience and a bias for action
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience incorporating automation and AI to enhance sales efficiency
Track record of delivering measurable impact against ambitious growth targets
