Overview As a manager, Digital Product Strategy & Services in the US Licensed Stores Business, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of a suite of B2B digital solutions, partnering with supply chain & ops to improve our operational processes, and incubating new opportunities for growth in B2B ordering, inventory management, and beyond.
Responsibilities
Develop and drive digital strategy – Own the strategic vision for an ecosystem of solutions spanning B2B ordering, retail CRM, and inventory management, inclusive of AI best practices and implementation, in partnership with enterprise technology functions.
Lead planning and execution – Build business cases, define solution-specific roadmaps supported by intake, forecasting, prioritization, and implementation across working teams, leveraging P&L investment goals and Licensee demand.
Optimize operations and process excellence – Coordinate change management for cross‑functional process improvements between the Licensed Stores business unit and key stakeholders to increase revenue, automate manual tasks, and streamline supply chain complexities.
Consult on inventory value chain – Manage end‑to‑end enablement of product inventory, develop inventory management best practices for Licensed Stores business, and be a thought partner to enterprise supply chain, planning and distribution leaders.
Manage others – Set goals, provide feedback and development opportunities, and model leadership for a working team of project managers, business analysts, and data operations experts, while acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.
Lead the development of new services – Make build, buy, and partner decisions to pursue development of new solutions and capabilities, collaborating and actively problem‑solving with cross‑functional project teams to ensure timely and strong execution.
Qualifications
6‑8+ years of experience in digital product management, product strategy, or digital/technology strategy.
5‑7+ years of project & program leadership in a highly matrixed, cross‑functional environment.
5‑7+ years of people management experience.
Strong business fluency (P&L awareness, business case development, budget management).
Experience with Salesforce platforms & capabilities (e.g., Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud).
Experience in supply chain optimization, inventory management solutions, distribution, and CPG forecasting/planning.
