As a CACI Project Supervisor, you will gain invaluable e-discovery and litigation experience as cases go through all or some of the phases of the EDRM spectrum, from investigation, intake/acquisition of documents and data (discovery) through trial support. You will sharpen your analytical and problem‑solving abilities by performing complex legal and factual research utilizing Relativity and other eDiscovery software.
You will enhance your management and communication skills by interacting with your staff and the DOJ case teams during the planning and execution of project requirements, schedules, and all litigation support activities. Responsibilities:
Receive significant task management and supervisory experience through the oversight of your team and in their delivery of quality work within strict deadlines in support of the DOJ’s mission.
Work as part of the team under the direction of the Project Manager; for large cases may be directly responsible for all work in a central task area.
May be responsible for all document discovery/collection activities for the case.
Take charge of the out-of-town trial support center or assist several Project Managers on multiple minor cases simultaneously.
Directly supervise a variety of Contractor staff, including clerical staff and first-line supervisors.
Frequent contact with DOJ Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Case Managers, trial attorneys, client agency staff, and other Contractor components.
Qualifications:
At least two years of progressively responsible experience on central litigation support projects, including at least one year of supervisory experience, with proven communication skills to interact with clients and attorneys.
Demonstrated experience with eDiscovery document review platforms such as Relativity, Clearwell, iCONECT, Casepoint, Everlaw, etc.
Ability to oversee and coordinate numerous complex litigation support activities simultaneously, including technical/data processing support and eDiscovery activities.
In-depth knowledge of litigation support; excellent writing and oral communication skills.
Ability to anticipate litigation support needs and develop detailed plans to address them.
Hands‑on familiarity with Government data processing environments, PC‑based and virtual.
Expert user of Government office and network environment, including word processing, spreadsheet, imaging, and hardware systems.
Familiarity with Electronically Stored Information tools and eDiscovery procedures.
Undergraduate degree required; law degree, technical certificate, or other graduate degree preferred.
Paralegal experience helpful; substantial experience may substitute for a degree requirement.
Certification(s) in Relativity, ACEDS, and other eDiscovery‑related technical certifications.
