We have built an industry leading Corporate Real Estate (CRE) practice. You will advise clients on strategic, operational, and analytical matters across the real estate asset lifecycle. You’ll develop your career through a broad scope of engagements, mentoring and formal learning, and play a critical role in building a better working world for our people, clients, and communities.

Key Responsibilities As a Director in EY-Parthenon’s Corporate Real Estate – Capital Projects practice, you will:

Work on strategic and operational CRE issues for government and commercial clients.

Lead high‑profile capital improvement engagements, leveraging EY’s global network to tackle complex projects.

Manage and execute projects across sectors, supporting client service teams across a national practice.

Apply broad knowledge of at least three core CRE capital project disciplines: operating model & organization design, program/project management & delivery, and IT/digital workplace strategy.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Finance or related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience; or a graduate degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Credible, related work experience supporting business development and delivery of strategic projects in capital program/project advisory, delivery and monitoring, or project management technology and data consulting.

Knowledge and experience in at least three core capital program/project lifecycle disciplines (operating model design and service delivery, program/project management, and data/technology enablement).

Experience supporting project management activities such as resource planning, schedule development, engagement pricing, and budget management.

Excellent analytical skills and confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.

Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.

Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to develop long‑lasting relationships internally and externally.

Exceptional writing and presentation skills.

High proficiency with the MS Office Suite.

Resides in or is in commutable distance to the office location.

Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when necessary.

Preferred

Prior professional services or management consulting experience.

Graduate degree in a relevant field/discipline.

Established networking skills.

Professional accreditation such as PE, PMP, CCE, PSP, CPM or Lean Six Sigma.

Knowledge of how to leverage firm‑approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.

What We Offer You

Comprehensive compensation and benefits package – base salary range $115,100 to $239,800 in the US.
