Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

This role is for an experienced Executive Assistant supporting a dynamic financial services team, with responsibilities spanning calendar management, event coordination, travel planning, and document preparation. The position demands high-level professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The client is a global alternative asset manager with a century-long history of investing in real assets and credit markets. Their private wealth division delivers specialized investment solutions to financial advisors and individual investors, backed by deep market expertise and operational experience.

Description

Coordinate global scheduling, travel logistics, and internal event planning across multiple time zones.

Prepare and format professional documents, reports, and presentations using advanced MS Office skills.

Manage onboarding/offboarding processes and provide administrative support to senior team members.

Maintain filing systems, handle expense reports, and oversee email communications and meeting logistics.

Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of key tasks.

Profile

Brings 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience within the financial services industry.

Holds a bachelor's degree or higher and demonstrates mastery of MS Office tools.

Exceptionally organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Communicates effectively across all levels, handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Collaborative team player with strong judgment, attention to detail, and a calm, composed presence under pressure.
