Hours Up to 30 hours per week. Working hours are between 12‑8:30 pm Monday–Thursday, Saturdays 9 am‑3 pm, Sundays 10 am‑2 pm.

The Program Coordinator’s typical day includes, but is not limited to:
Managing the front office, welcoming students/families, answering phones, emails, and texts.
Creating and maintaining student and teacher schedules.
Addressing payments, invoicing, and payroll tracking.
Owning administrative duties and office organization.
Supporting marketing efforts to grow the center including family outreach, business partnerships, and social media.
Overseeing the student experience and anticipating student needs.
Teaching students.
For Success, The Program Coordinator Must Have
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
1‑3 years of administrative, customer service, and/or education experience.
Must love working with kids and be able to tutor students in multiple grade levels.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
Outstanding customer service and ability to build relationships.
