Achievement of personal sales goals. Extensive product knowledge. Partners with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture. Partners with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to initiate business‑driving events in store. Building Brand Equity

Ability to understand and communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to the sales team and customer. Build strong relationships with clients as a brand ambassador of the company. Communicate client feedback to Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate client service and sales. Adhere to all company policies and procedures with honesty and integrity. Operational Excellence

Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers, and securing facility. The Accomplished Individual Will Possess

Minimum 2‑3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Physical Requirements
