We have an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant/Office Coordinator to join our Sacramento office. This role will handle a variety of responsibilities each day supporting the daily operations of our Sacramento office as well as providing general administrative assistance to the Office Administrator.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answering phones, greeting clients, coordinating outside vendors, managing mail and deliveries with courier, FedEx, UPS
Managing conference room and flex office reservations, ordering catering, and taking care of meeting set ups and tear downs ordering office supplies, maintaining office organization and appearance, scheduling office maintenance needs with building management
Performing light IT-related tasks under direct supervision from the Help Desk, such as rebooting equipment, establishing the a/v connection for Zoom and/or Microsoft Teams meetings, setting up ancillary devices (i.e. telephone headsets, Bluetooth accessories, etc.)
Supporting the office administrator with daily operational needs, special event planning, budget tracking, making travel arrangements, submitting expense reimbursements and other projects as assigned
Required and Preferred Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role
The successful candidate will possess a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a friendly, customer-focused attitude
Must be flexible and able to thrive in a fast paced work environment with an evolving mix of responsibilities
A highly motivated self-starter, who possesses strong communication and organizational skills
A high degree of proficiency within Microsoft Office and a comfort level to pick up new software is required
Must be able to maintain a consistent schedule and be highly reliable
Compensation and Benefits: Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck offers a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401k + match, profit sharing, and vacation/sick/personal time off, in addition this role pays overtime for hours worked above 40 per week. We are offering salary for this role ranging from $48,000-$55,000.
