Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Fully remote)
Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing/Communications Specialist to join a dynamic team supporting digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong foundation in content management, design, and multimedia production, who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update website content using a CMS, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.
Edit and update marketing materials (e.g., PDFs) using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Document Creator.
Optimize and enhance images for digital platforms using Adobe Photoshop.
Collaborate with regional teams to manage translated content and ensure accurate localization.
Assist commercial teams with planning and executing industry events, including logistics and promotional materials.
Produce and edit short‑form videos for campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
Qualifications
2–5 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or similar)
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore, Drupal)
