Pay:
$22.50–$24.50 per hour (based on education and experience)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday split shift; must be available all 5 days for both shifts. Before School Shift: 6 am–9:30 am (Monday 6 am–10:30 am). After School Shift: 3 pm–6 pm.
You’ll Drive The Mission By
Safety & Joy: Model safety and joy standards, keep site documents and licensing standards up to date, outline attendance protocols, behavior policies, safety procedures, and ensure program tasks are completed. Coach staff to maintain a respectful, productive team.
Safety Assurance: Consistently support and report on safety protocols to ensure the well‑being of all participants; identify and mitigate potential risks within the program environment.
Effective Communication: Engage meaningfully with families, partners, peers, and children; respond promptly to emails, texts, and inquiries during program hours to ensure transparency and trust. Collaborate regularly with the Area Manager to support program goals.
Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records for student check‑ins and check‑outs; ensure “name‑to‑face” attendance procedures are completed per company policy.
Daily Routine: Implement daily activities, fitness fun, and curriculum while providing a safe and engaging environment.
Ideal Candidates Will Have The Following
Experience with competing priorities and delivering quality service to all stakeholders.
Experience working with children and knowledge of unique and special needs.
Coursework or training in child development and/or related field.
Communication skills; oral, written, and visual with adults and children.
Ability to model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and community.
Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.
Requirements
Ability to meet state‑specific requirements.
First Aid and CPR – in‑person.
Cleared tuberculosis test.
Proof of MMR.
18+ years of age.
12 credits minimum of any 100+ level college course.
