About the Role We are seeking an experienced and proactive
System Administrator
to manage and support our IT infrastructure across servers, networks, and end‑user systems. This role is key to maintaining uptime, ensuring security, and supporting a growing environment of on‑premise and cloud‑based technologies. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, organized, and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain
Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS/DHCP
environments. Manage and monitor
Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune
environments for users and devices. Perform
system upgrades, patching, and configuration
to ensure optimal performance and security. Implement and support
backup, disaster recovery, and storage solutions . Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to
servers, networking, and virtualization
(VMware/Hyper‑V). Maintain
documentation
for system configurations, network diagrams, and standard operating procedures. Collaborate with cybersecurity and helpdesk teams on security policies, access control, and incident response. Participate in
project deployments
such as cloud migrations, infrastructure refreshes, or new application rollouts. Qualifications 3–5+ years
of hands‑on experience in system administration or infrastructure support. Strong understanding of
Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 ,
Active Directory ,
DNS/DHCP , and
Group Policy . Experience with
Azure, Intune, Office 365, and PowerShell scripting . Familiarity with
VMware or Hyper‑V , SAN/NAS storage, and backup technologies. Knowledge of
network protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, VLANs, firewalls) . Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in
Information Technology, Computer Science , or related field preferred. Certifications such as
Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, CompTIA Server+, or VMware VCP
