Channel Sales Manager
Mosaic is currently looking for a Channel Sales Manager to join our innovative, growing team as part of the Hardware Partnerships team. The role focuses on managing all partnerships with carriers at a regional level, supporting products such as Pixel, Nest, and Google Services.
Salary Range: $80,000 – $85,000 with up to 20% bonus potential.
Responsibilities
Manage regional sell‑out performance, diagnosing and improving underperforming markets with incentives and events.
Lead joint business planning and strategy development with regional partners.
Develop and strengthen relationships with partner regional leadership.
Execute regional sell‑out incentives and analyze lift and ROI.
Drive flawless regional launch execution and program and event execution.
Essential Functions
Up to 80% travel within the Western U.S. region.
Drive sell‑out of Google products through innovation, relationships, and sales strategies.
Manage day‑to‑day operations for Google’s retail presence.
Distill insights and pursue improvements based on key performance metrics.
Develop key relationships and influence carrier partners at the regional level.
Ensure successful implementation and ongoing management of all customer programs and new products.
Work with third‑party vendor resources to deliver upon SLA and contract terms.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in retailer channel field sales and operations.
Deep understanding of carrier channel, economics, incentives and operational dynamics.
Existing relationships within regional retail HQs and fluency in navigating markets.
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.
