What is Required (Qualifications):
5–8+ years of experience delivering production‑grade software solutions in Mobile or Frontend roles
Deep experience with modern frontend frameworks and libraries, including React, React Native, Next.js, and GraphQL
Solid understanding of cross‑platform mobile technologies and web performance optimization
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity through iterative experimentation
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with observability tools and performance monitoring systems
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and CI/CD practices
Proven ability to drive high‑impact solutions from concept through execution
Background in mentoring or leading engineering teams
Passion for health and wellness technology
