Agency: Children Youth & Families Dept. DCYF Central Office MAPE. Location: St. Paul. Telework Eligible: Yes. Full-Time. Regular/Temporary: Unlimited. FLSA Status: Nonexempt. Responsibilities

Perform a variety of business-related functions within the Child Support Division (CSD) to support the divisions mission and delivery of high-quality child support services. Prepare the divisions State and Federal quarterly and annual reports that track program and financial performance. Provide operations support to the Division Operations Unit, including entering information for tracking in the grant management system. Provide technical and analytical support and consultation on the use of collaborative tools such as SharePoint (or similar document management solutions), Roll Call Leave Requests, Help Desk Call Center tracking tools, and record retention processes for program planning and decision making. Serve as SharePoint site administrator or equivalent for CSD and support staff in collaborative use of the tool. Maintain and update the Child Support Manual with policy and guidelines for all IV-D services. Participate in division workgroups, projects, or committees as assigned and support cross-functional collaboration within the Division Operations Unit. Minimum Qualifications

Two (2) years of professional experience with federal reporting. Experience must demonstrate: subject matter expertise of software collaboration tools (SharePoint); design, administration, and implementation of such systems. Experience building, managing, and monitoring SharePoint sites, managing permissions, and creating workflows. Experience with data entry for sensitive data, contracts, and grants. Experience providing support to internal and external partners using Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, SharePoint, and related systems. Extensive experience with Business Objects, Excel (including formulas), and Access. Ability to collect and analyze data from multiple sources to respond to data requests; handle sensitive and confidential information. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and backgrounds. Preferred Qualifications

Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically SharePoint or similar document solutions. Extensive knowledge of state and/or federal reporting processes. Knowledge and experience with Statewide Integrated Financial Tools (SWIFT). Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and customer service. Additional Requirements
