Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
Educate customers on product features and usage to enhance their experience.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve our service delivery and customer experience.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Proven experience in customer support or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer issues effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems.
Empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
