Position Summary This position serves as an Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator within the Center for Gastrointestinal Biology and Disease.

The Coordinator assists with the execution of study protocols, including screening and recruiting study participants, conducting study visits, and collecting, entering, and reviewing study data.

The work location is hybrid, with a primary site at Chapel Hill, NC.

Education & Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience.

All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Must be able to work and communicate with diverse populations effectively and professionally.

Ability to work independently as well as function as part of a team.

Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience

Well organized and possess good time management skills.

Previous experience with UNC, IRB, and EPIC is preferred but not required.

Special Instructions Will need to provide own transportation and ability to drive from different clinics.
