Enhance the client experience; greets and welcomes clients throughout all areas of the store. Connect with clients in a genuine and meaningful way; provide advice and knowledge that they may not have realized they needed; make every client interaction a personal and seamless experience; exhibit behaviors that support client satisfaction goal (KPI). Boost sales through omni channel and out of home base selling; educate self and client on merchandise, events, promotions, policy and services; demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge; recommend merchandise based on client knowledge and preferences; graciously takes returns and offers options based on client needs; takes an omnitude approach to identify and recommend merchandise across all channels; utilize selling tools and store technology to sell across all channels effectively; promote benefits of the AYS program; achieve personal sales and boutique KPI goals. Cultivate and grow client base; cultivate client relationships through personalized connection; acquire and build client base primarily through forming relationships with new clients and maintaining/retaining/building spend of existing clients; be self-motivated and take initiative to increase productivity; utilize digital tools and mobile devices to connect with clients and expand business. Champion operational excellence; assist in operational tasks; actively maintain selling floor, back-of-house, stock, health and safety precautions, assist with visual merchandising, returns merchandise to other departments; follow and implement company policies and procedures; complete opening/closing checklists. Contribute to team success; partner with others to provide the best client experience; create a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration; maintain positive working relationships throughout the company. Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in luxury retail; beauty experience a plus. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Industry awareness and strong business acumen. Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills. Passion for the Beauty and Fragrance Industry. Flexibility to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends and holidays. Legal and Diversity Statement
