What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Act as the general manager of a dedicated sales territory and execute a comprehensive sales plan
Cultivate and expand relationships with stakeholders, including schools, students, and alumni
Actively prospect new schools to build a sustainable pipeline for student enrollment
Lead, manage, and mentor three direct reports to oversee the student sales process
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and manage the enrollment pipeline through a CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 4 years of sales experience with a proven track record of converting leads into partnerships
Experience in the travel, international education, or related K-12 industries
Demonstrated experience in sales leadership or management
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including dynamic presentation abilities
Proficiency in using a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to manage sales pipelines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in international education or related fields
Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a demonstrated ability to build a sales territory
Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory
Passion for education and belief in the power of global citizenship
