IT Manager

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
5+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or multi‑site management role, in hospitality.
Strong technical knowledge of networking, servers, databases, and cloud‑based systems (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, etc.).
Proven experience managing hospitality or enterprise systems (PMS, POS, CRS, ERP, CRM, accounting software).
Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards (PCI DSS, GDPR, HIPAA).
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects across diverse teams and locations in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
Candidates must be open to training at another location prior to starting.
Preferred Background & Skills
Familiarity with major hospitality platforms such as Opera, Micros, Infor, Agilysys, or Oracle Hospitality.
Professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+/Security+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer).
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all IT operations across multiple properties, ensuring consistency, reliability, and scalability of systems and infrastructure.
Manage day‑to‑day IT functions including servers, networking, workstations and property management systems (PMS), providing hands‑on support for connectivity and user needs.
Ensure security protocols, compliance and policies are followed, with backups in place (PCI DSS, GDPR and other relevant frameworks).
Maintain and enhance data security protocols, firewalls, backups and disaster recovery strategies across all properties.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, overseeing IT budgets, asset management and procurement across all locations.
Lead and mentor IT team members, collaborating with department leaders and training staff on SOPs.
