Responsibilities:
- Administer and support HR programs including onboarding, benefits, performance management, and compliance
- Partner with managers to address employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Support recruiting efforts and coordinate interviews, offers, and new hire processes
- Manage leave administration and ensure adherence to applicable laws and company policy
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention
- Provide guidance to employees on HR-related questions and policies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of generalist experience supporting multiple HR functions
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
