What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Build AI-powered customer experiences by integrating advanced techniques into production workflows
Design and develop scalable backend systems, including microservices and RESTful APIs
Collaborate across teams to productionize statistical models and enhance customer-facing tools
Engineer data pipelines to process large volumes of ad and survey data using various technologies
Improve system reliability and performance through automation and monitoring practices
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on APIs and data systems
Proficiency in backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, Django, Rails, or Express
Experience with RDBMS-backed backends and modern front-end frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular
Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and knowledge of CI/CD practices
Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to clean architecture and maintainable systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Java/Kotlin/Groovy and designing scalable APIs
Knowledge of data systems like MySQL, DynamoDB, and Presto
Background in building cloud-native applications using Kubernetes and Terraform
Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks and a collaborative approach to development
Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or measurement platforms, with a willingness to learn
