Bachelor’s Degree; MBA is desirable Minimum of 5+ years of commercial sales experience 3-5 years of direct experience in US Retina Sales Proven ability to build relationships, manage conflicts, and influence outcomes Strong leadership skills with a focus on teaching and coaching high-performance behaviors How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
