We’re seeking a
Lead, Marketing & Digital Strategy
to own and execute the marketing vision across every release on the label. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you’ll be building rollout plans, executing campaigns, and finding new, innovative ways to promote music across platforms. You’ll oversee every stage of the rollout process, from campaign design to optimization, working across the full Handmade roster. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead innovative marketing rollouts for all releases across the label Manage and optimize campaigns across
Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Google/YouTube Ads, email lists, targeting and retargeting campaigns, A/B testing, clipping and UGC campaigns Oversee marketing budgets and find cost-effective, high-impact ways to drive results Source and test new tools, strategies, and platforms to keep Handmade at the forefront of music marketing Collaborate closely with A&R, operations, and creative teams to align marketing with artist development Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts — creatives, managers, label partners — to expand opportunities for artists Provide reporting and insights on campaign performance, with actionable recommendations Qualifications Proven track record
leading marketing rollouts for music releases (required) Major Label or Management Experience (3+ Years in a Coordinator / Director role) Deep experience
with digital advertising and backend campaign management (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, email CRMs, etc.) Strong understanding of social media growth strategies and current trends in music marketing Passion for breaking artists, managing marketing budgets, and finding creative ways to maximize impact Existing
network of industry relationships
