- *Job Summary:**
We are seeking reliable and hardworking **Production Operators** to join our team in **Conway, NH** . This position will be responsible running production equipment, monitoring quality, and ensuring efficient and safe operation of machinery. The ideal candidate is motivated, physically capable, and able to follow safety procedures and directions.
**Responsibilities**
- Effective communication, include speaking, writing, active listening and taking instruction
- Good leadership and training skills
- Quick troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent mechanical skills, including comfort with using tools to make simple repairs
- Great time management
- Keen attention to detail to identify maintenance, product or operations issues
- Ability to stand, sit or be in other physically demanding positions for long periods of time
**Qualifications**
- Entry-level candidates welcome; manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills (listening, speaking, and following directions).
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools for simple adjustments or repairs.
- Attention to detail with ability to maintain product quality standards.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, or perform physically demanding tasks for long periods.
- Reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn are essential.
