Our Client is looking for an accounting specialist.
Responsibilities
Manage daily cash flow, including downloading deposits and disbursing funds. Prepare daily cash sheets and process agent/vendor payments via ACH and online platforms. Download and manage credit card statements. Prepare accruals and maintain the fixed asset schedule. Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations for multiple companies. Invoice for occasional conferences and meetings. File annual Statements of Information (CA) and state annual reports for all entities. Annually reconcile and prepare 1099-NEC and 1099-Miscellaneous forms. File property tax filings. Prepare annual agent renewal invoices and monitor payments. Adhere to internal accounting controls. Contribute to team goals and perform other duties as needed. Requirements
Minimum 5 years of related accounting work experience Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Bachelor\'s Degree in related field preferred. Solid understanding of General Accounting Principles. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Outlook, and 10-key. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Effective communication and research skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
