Senior Director of Corporate Human Resources Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic
Human Resources Manager
to act as a strategic advisor and hands-on HR support for the engineering organization of over 600 engineers across multiple locations. This role partners with engineering leaders to attract, develop, and retain top technical talent, foster a culture of innovation, and align people strategies with business priorities. This role ensures the engineering workforce is engaged, agile, and positioned to deliver high-quality, scalable products in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Sr. Director of Corporate Human Resources to align HR initiatives with company-wide strategies. Lead HR strategy and execution across engineering departments in the U.S. and other locations. Build and manage programs to attract, retain, and develop top engineering talent. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to align sourcing and pipeline development with the engineering roadmap. Implement performance management, succession planning, and technical leadership development frameworks. Analyze workforce data and develop insights and recommendations for organizational effectiveness. Support change management and organizational design initiatives to scale engineering operations. Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company standards across all locations. Coach and counsel engineering leaders on people issues, conflict resolution, and team performance. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field HR Certification (PHR or SPHR) 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2+ years partnering with engineering, or technical functions. Strong knowledge of HR practices, organizational development, and U.S. employment law. Ability to influence senior technical leaders and build credibility across engineering teams. Skilled in navigating high-growth, fast-paced environments. Core Competencies
