Human Resource Data Analyst

to support the

67th Cyberspace Wing (67 CW)

at

Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) – Lackland, TX .

United States citizenship

and an

Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI)

are required to be considered for this position. The contractor shall provide human resource data analysis for approximately 2,100 personnel, ensuring compliance with DoD, Joint, and Air Force military and civilian personnel management principles, concepts, methodologies, and systems. Responsibilities Analyze large, complex datasets related to HR, including employee demographics, performance, compensation, and engagement data. Develop predictive models to identify trends and patterns, forecast outcomes, and support HR decision-making. Design and implement experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs. Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to HR and organizational leaders. Produce repeatable queries about HR data using platforms such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Jira. Collaborate with HR business partners, analysts, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements in HR processes and programs. Stay informed on the latest developments in data science, HR analytics, and technology, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness in all analyses and reports. Work with IT and other stakeholders to ensure the security, privacy, and compliance of HR data and analytics. Provide technical guidance based on thorough research to Commanders, Technical Advisors, Civilians, and Wing Leadership regarding policies, procedures, and directives. Coordinate with multiple Staff/Group Offices on relevant data, analyze impacts to the 67 CW, and produce briefings for the Commander, Command Chief, or other senior leadership as directed. Ensure established due dates are met for notification and submission of all Requests for Information (RFIs). Provide management analysis expertise to maximize resources for combat-ready forces and cyber mission forces supporting the Air Force, DoD, and global cyberspace operations. Qualifications Experience/Skills: Performing data analysis and developing predictive models using HR-related data. Designing dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making. Using analytics platforms such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Jira. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance in all data analyses and reporting. Ability to communicate insights clearly to leadership and technical audiences. Clearance Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI) required. Must be a United States Citizen and pass a background check. Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC's Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).
