Overview of position:
FEDITC is seeking a
Cyber Wing Financial Management Analyst
to work at
Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) - Lackland, TX . United States citizenship
and an
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
are required to be considered for this position.
Provide financial management support and analysis to the 67 CW staff and subordinate units, including strategic monthly, quarterly, and fiscal planning and execution reports (A001)..
Responsibilities Provide financial management support and analysis to 67 CW staff and subordinate units. Generate monthly, quarterly, and fiscal planning and execution reports (A001) using available accounting systems. Perform data collection and analysis, including business case analysis, cost-benefit analysis, financial impact analysis, budget planning, and reconciliation. Generate and interpret accounting system and program management reports. Analyze multiple data sources to generate strategic fiscal planning reports. Operate and improve tools and models; build new financial models; forecast over the FYDP; and develop program recommendations. Prepare briefings and reports summarizing estimates, findings, and recommended courses of action (A005). Provide task status updates within five (5) business days and weekly thereafter. Assist in identifying requirements and resources for PPBE processes to meet strategic goals. Document and store requirements and related information in approved formats and shared locations. Serve as liaison between group/unit resource managers and the Wing Comptroller or Budget Officer. Assist with assigned taskers and metrics from higher headquarters. Qualifications
Experience/Skills:
Experience supporting financial analysis, planning, and reporting. Experience collecting and interpreting data from multiple sources for fiscal reporting. Experience maintaining budget execution tracking and reconciliation processes. Experience preparing reports, briefings, and cost analyses for leadership. Strong analytical and organizational skills supporting fiscal and operational priorities. Clearance:
Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI) required. Must be a United States Citizen and pass a background check. Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC's Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).
