Responsibilities

Reconcile third-party payments associated with retail store operations and resolve discrepancies

Prepare daily and month-end reconciliations along with supporting journal entries for payment processing

Monitor payment card network files for anomalies and process failed transactions

Prepare responses for consumer payment disputes and manage related documentation

Create and maintain reports for analytics, fraud analysis, and compliance monitoring

Qualifications

Two to four years of Account Service or Banking/Accounts Receivable experience

One year of experience working in an ERP-based Accounts Receivable environment preferred

Solid understanding of basic accounting principles; familiarity with SAP preferred

Strong problem-solving, documentation, research, and resolution skills

Clean credit history as reported by credit report

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on financial transactions

Proven ability to build effective relationships and resolve a variety of issues

Experience in data analysis and oversight of assigned tasks and projects
