What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Attend benefit fairs and client meetings as needed to provide information and support

What is Required (Qualifications)

1-2 years of customer service experience handling moderate to complex inquiries

Availability to work any shift, including weekends, holidays, and overnight

Demonstrated internet knowledge and ability to work with multiple software programs

Effective verbal and written communication skills for documentation and customer interactions

Proven problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bilingual in English and another language
