Overview

Licensed Inside Sales Representative - P&C - Base Pay Bonus. Starting base pay is $28.13/hour with an uncapped bonus plan in addition to your base pay. Average variable compensation is roughly $2,000 per month but can vary and could be up to $7,000 or higher. Variable compensation will grow as we expand business in multiple states. Responsibilities

You will quote and sell auto, homeowners and umbrella insurance to clients, educate on product advantages, and overcome objections to purchase. You will assist clients with warm leads to educate, provide quotes and sell insurance products. You will follow up on missing information to close insurance sales by phone or email to prospective clients. You will attend required training, ongoing training, meetings, one on ones, and continued education requirements to maintain an active property casualty producer's license. Specialized Knowledge & Skills

Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline of opportunities to provide accurate quotes to clients. Prioritize sales opportunities based on ICP on multiple computer systems/screens during a quote. Explain insurance concepts and coverages to clients. Licenses

Active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer's License or Personal Lines License. American Family Insurance will pay to maintain your licenses after hire along with all continuing education requirements. Work arrangement and Training

In this primarily home-based role, you will spend 80% of your time working from home near Denver, CO. Occasional travel to the office location for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, trainings, and culture events. Training will be approximately 2 months. Hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm local time. There is no time off during training. Post-Training Schedule

After training, shifts will be evening shifts ending at 8:00pm local time Monday through Friday and ending at 5:00pm local time on Saturdays. There is a 1 in 3 Saturday rotation. All new hires will work a 9-hour Monday with a 7-hour shift later in the week. Travel & Physical Requirements

Travel up to 10%. Work that primarily involves sitting/standing. Additional Information
