RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Rostrum Pacific’s central marketing team and help execute outside‑of‑the‑box, forward thinking marketing campaigns for the Rostrum Pacific catalog (Mac Miller, Wiz Khalifa, MGMT + more), and our frontline label Cantora Records.

Act as Rostrum Pacific’s in‑house community manager, and handle day‑to‑day posting across SpaceHeater and Cantora Records’ socials, with additional support provided from time to time, as determined by your manager.

Develop creative assets and social media tools for our catalog projects and developing artists.

Assist the project leads in the development of digital strategies.

Work across YouTube (Uploading/scheduling videos, updating end cards/featured video/playlists, creating thumbnails) and Spotify (Updating Artist Pick, Upload artist Clips + Canvas’, Updating Cantora playlists) as needed.

Keep assets organized and projects on schedule, with consistent updates provided to the project leads and CMO.

Identify and secure new influencer/creator relationships to amplify campaigns.

Draft post‑campaign reports by collecting and analyzing data, summarizing key insights and opportunities to inform future strategies.

Assist in basic office management tasks like reordering office supplies, shipment dropoffs, coordinating vendors, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1 year of experience in music marketing, preferably at a record label.

Proficient across all social media platforms - non negotiable.

Highly strategic thinker with strong creative abilities; organized and collaborative.

Possess knowledge of the music industry with a focus on promoting artists and releases to drive awareness and break through the noise.

Demonstrated understanding of marketing trends with a passion for culture; adept at storytelling with an innovative touch.

Draws inspiration from beyond music; seeks originality in every day approach.

Proactive and team oriented.

Passionate about emerging technologies and how to apply them to marketing.

Basic design and editing skills (Photoshop, Capcut, Canva, Premiere Pro).

Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with excellent attention to detail.
