The Sunnyside Retail Store Supervisor will support day‑to‑day operations of the dispensary in accordance with state law and company standards. This position will direct workflow of the staff, regularly perform store opening and closing procedures, and serve as an ambassador of the company’s mission. RESPONSIBILITIES
Open and close the store, including register preparation, inventory reconciliation and reporting. Facilitate training and onboarding of Lead Wellness Advisors and Wellness Advisors, coaching on selling and cross‑selling techniques. Respond to employee questions and concerns, communicate resources to management, and provide real‑time coaching. Create morning rosters, break sheets, and delegate daily responsibilities. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, state and local laws. Manage escalated customer concerns and respond to complex or non‑standard product questions. Investigate cash, POS or product discrepancies and troubleshoot technical issues. Maintain inventory of marketing assets and a clean, safe environment. Lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance) and stand or walk for extended periods. QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent. 3–5 years’ experience in customer service. 1+ year experience leading or mentoring a team (cannabis experience preferred). Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal and persuasive skills. Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and product information consultatively. BENEFITS
