Construction Manager Owner’s Representative - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Construction Manager Owner’s Representative to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Ohio, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.
What you’ll do:
Coordinate all construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
Oversee daily construction operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, verify quality of material and workmanship and address any issues that arise.
Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams, ensuring the correct implementation of engineering designs.
What you’ll need:
Extensive construction management experience delivering large-scale pharma, biotech, or high‑tech manufacturing projects.
Proven track record managing multiple general contractors or EPCM partners.
Deep understanding of cGMP construction requirements, cleanroom environments, and utilities/process systems installation.
Experience managing commissioning and turnover activities alongside CQV and QA teams.
