- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones to ensure seamless scheduling for senior managers.
- Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and prepare expense reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support team initiatives by organizing morale events, onboarding new team members, and procuring necessary office supplies and equipment.
- Track assets and handle facility requests efficiently to maintain an organized work environment.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, exercising tact, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Administrator or in a similar support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
- Experience with internal Microsoft tools such as MS Expense and Employee Central is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor suitable for executive support.
