A growing surgical supply company is seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Manager to lead and develop its customer service team. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can coach team members, enhance performance, and implement systems that ensure excellent service delivery and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing and mentoring the customer service team to ensure top performance
  • Implementing systems and processes to improve customer experience and workflow
  • Monitoring team metrics and providing coaching and feedback
  • Handling escalated customer issues and ensuring timely resolutions
  • Collaborating with operations and sales teams to optimize communication and service quality

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing a customer service team
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to implement and improve systems and procedures
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively
  • Experience in healthcare, medical supply, or related industries preferred

Salary: $90k - $110k/Year
