What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Analyze large-scale product usage and telemetry data to uncover trends and optimize customer experience

Partner with R&D and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytics deliverables

Serve as a liaison between R&D and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clarity in reporting

Collaborate with Data Engineering to optimize data pipelines and enforce data governance standards

Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive decision-making

What is Required (Qualifications)

5–7 years of experience in product analytics, business analysis, or related fields within SaaS or technology environments

Strong technical skills in SQL and business intelligence tools, with Domo preferred

Proven ability to analyze complex data and deliver actionable insights

Solid understanding of SaaS product KPIs such as activation, adoption, retention, and engagement

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical findings to executive-level stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with process mapping, workflow documentation, or systems analysis

Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing

Exposure to Snowflake, dbt, or modern cloud-based data stacks

Background in project management or Agile methodologies
