What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Communicate performance metrics clearly through dashboards, written summaries, and presentations tailored for executives and stakeholders

Design, build, and maintain dashboards and recurring reports in Hex for various business functions

Develop customized reporting solutions for channel and function owners, ensuring visibility into performance

Define and uphold consistent metric definitions across the organization for reliable reporting

Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights and support deep‑dive analyses when needed

What is Required (Qualifications)

6+ years of hands‑on analytics and reporting experience in SaaS, technology, or high‑growth environments

Proficiency in SQL and experience with modern data warehouses (BigQuery preferred) and transformation tools (dbt)

Expertise in using Hex for building dashboards and reporting packages

Strong communication and data storytelling skills to simplify complex metrics for stakeholders

High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and consistency in reporting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with scripting languages (Python/R) for analysis or automation

Strong understanding of SaaS and recurring revenue metrics (ARR, retention, funnel conversion, ACV)

Familiarity with data governance, KPI frameworks, and metric standardization

Passion for data storytelling and stakeholder enablement

Collaborative mindset with an interest in contributing to a unified analytics culture
