This contract, on-site position offers an exceptional opportunity to work within the Anesthesiology department, providing critical care to patients in various clinical settings.
As a Locum CRNA, you will play a vital role in delivering safe and effective anesthesia care. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our staffing solutions, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of service.
Responsibilities
Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical and medical procedures
Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and evaluations
Monitor patients' vital signs and anesthesia levels during procedures
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Provide post-anesthesia care and evaluate patients' recovery
Document anesthesia records and maintain compliance with safety standards
Stay current with advancements in anesthesia techniques and practices
Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department
Requirements
Current certification as a CRNA
Associate degree in nursing or related field
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of anesthesia protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in diverse clinical settings is preferred
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Commitment to patient safety and high-quality care
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, specific dates
No call requirement
Setting: Outpatient
Patient Volume: 10 per shift
Caseload: 100% GI
Must be board-certified
Paid travel & expenses
