Customer Portfolio Manager CPM TX
– GE Vernova Michigan area (remote options available)
Job Overview Join GE Vernova’s Gas Power business as the Site Customer Portfolio Manager. You will be responsible for the profitability, customer satisfaction, and contract fulfillment of assigned customers, while coordinating all aspects of outage and warranty management.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and assigned customer(s); own the overall customer relationship, communication, and strategic business impact.
Develop and execute a site customer communication plan, facilitating regular meetings to review open items, action plans, and new GE Vernova products/services that add value.
Oversee Gas Power warranty and commercial considerations, including concessions, balancing customer benefits with GE Vernova interests.
Manage outage scope, communicate scope to field services, and lead outage planning and execution, including pre‑outage, post‑outage, and milestone meetings.
Handle outage/non‑outage parts planning – obtain quotes, place/manage orders, and handle invoicing for parts.
Provide leadership in resolving emergent or forced outage matters.
Own contract leadership and fulfillment, ensuring compliance with terms, conditions, and performance metrics.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (or an associate degree plus 7+ years of experience in power generation).
Minimum of 5 years of Power Outage Management or Technical Field experience (Heavy‑Duty/Gas Turbine/Steam Power).
Other Eligibility Requirements
Travel up to 25% of the time within Michigan and Northern Illinois.
National relocation allowed for qualified candidates.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Opportunities

Excellent communication, time‑management, and leadership skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with Lean and SQDC processes, leading process improvement efforts.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $119,600 – $199,400 USD annual (location adjusted).
15% annual performance bonus potential.
