Senior Workday Integration Developer

Seeking Senior Workday Integration Developers to support its enterprise-wide implementation and optimization of Workday. The selected consultants will design, build, and maintain Workday integrations supporting large-scale HR, Finance, and Supply Chain functions.
One role will focus on Workday HCM and HR modules , while the other will focus on Finance and Supply Chain modules . Candidates must have prior Workday implementation or integration experience within a large enterprise environment .
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations using Workday Studio , EIB , Core Connectors , and related tools.
Collaborate with business analysts, IT teams, and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Develop and support data conversions, custom reports, and system interfaces between Workday and external systems.
Ensure integrations meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing integrations to improve system efficiency.
Support the ongoing transition from SAP to Workday , ensuring continuity in business processes and data integrity.
Participate in system upgrades, testing, and environment refreshes as needed.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
6+ years of IT experience, with 2+ years in Workday Integration Development .
Proven experience in at least one Workday implementation or integration project .
Expertise in Workday Studio , EIB , Core Connectors , and Workday Web Services (SOAP, REST, JSON) .
Strong technical skills in XML/XSLT , API integrations , and data transformations .
Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments (60,000+ users preferred).
Ability to analyze, design, and troubleshoot complex integration workflows.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Workday Integration Certification or related certification.
Experience with Workday HCM , Finance , or Supply Chain modules.
Familiarity with SAP Process Orchestration Integration (PO) or Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) .
Knowledge of data privacy , security , and compliance standards .
Experience with Workday Extend or Workday Prism Analytics .
Understanding of SDLC , Agile methodologies , and enterprise architecture principles .
Technical Environment Workday HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain modules
SAP (for integration and migration support)
Integrations with 450+ internal and external systems
Soft Skills Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
