Key Responsibilities
Coordination and agenda setting for weekly meeting of senior investment professionals, investment committee and other firm critical meetings;
Daily usage and interaction with a CRM module (Deal Cloud), including maintaining and updating investor and other critical contact information, summarizing and inputting meeting notes, and creating reports and other meeting materials for partners and investment team members;
Planning and coordinating board meetings throughout the United States for several of the Firm’s portfolio companies;
Proactive calendar and time management for executives; extensive travel planning (including international travel and visa requirements); and
Responsibility for maintaining a variety of Firm relationships with 3 rd party vendors
Office planning activities with our other Executive Assistants, including the collaborative planning of firm social events and other special projects, purchasing and stocking office supplies, and kitchen maintenance and organization, all with limited or no supervision.

Minimum of 8‑10 years of experience working in a private equity firm | hedge fund | VC firm | family office, or other similar financial institution in an administrative or executive administrative role
