Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Bookkeeping / Accounts Payable Assistant to support a growing law firm in the South Metro. This is a direct hire opportunity with an onsite work model.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate financial records. Processing invoices, expense reports, and payments. Reconciling accounts and verifying transaction accuracy. Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes. Organizing and filing accounting documents, both electronically and in hard copy. Communicating with vendors and internal departments regarding billing inquiries. Assisting with basic reporting and spreadsheet updates. Performing general administrative and accounting support as assigned. Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. 1+ year of accounting or administrative experience, internship experience welcome. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; exposure to accounting software a plus. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work both independently and collaboratively.
