Adams & Martin Group is seeking an Intake Specialist in St. Louis, MO . Ideal candidates will have experience in an intake or call-center setting.
Title: Intake Specialist
Type: Direct Hire/Permanent
Location: Downtown St. Louis (Paid Parking)
Compensation: Up to $45,000 annual

Job Summary & Requirements
Serve as first point of contact for potential clients seeking legal assistance Conduct initial interviews and gather client information Evaluate case viability and manage client data Contact and follow up with new leads Collaborate with Intake team, paralegals, managers, and attorneys Work efficiently in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment Requirements:
Prior experience in plaintiff's asbestos practice and/or call center/intake department Strong verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and organizational ability Proficient in Microsoft Office Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented Strong critical thinking and teamwork skills Professional, client-focused demeanor
