Position Overview
Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a well-established West Los Angeles law firm to find an experienced Legal Billing Coordinator. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Oversee the full monthly billing cycle, including preparing and distributing prebills, reviewing and editing time and expense entries, and issuing final invoices via email or e-billing platforms. Enter and maintain accurate time records for attorneys and independent contractors. Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and follow up with timekeepers to ensure timely and accurate submissions. Prepare billing summaries and short forms for the Real Estate practice group. Respond promptly to billing and accounting inquiries from attorneys, clients, and vendors. Support collections and accounts receivable follow-up as needed. Manage trust and client advance account balances, ensuring accurate reconciliations. Reconcile real estate closings and related financial transactions. Maintain the accounting inbox, addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly. Experience with Coyote Analytics strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with e-billing platforms a plus. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organization. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional, team-oriented demeanor with excellent client service skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to challenges. Required Work Hours

Compensation:
$75,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience.
