Human Resources Generalist

10/20/2025 to 01/20/2026 (potential for extension or conversion to full time) Pay Rate:
$32-$35/hr
Description: The Human Resource Generalist supports the HR function across supply chain operations, including logistics, warehousing, procurement, and manufacturing. This role ensures HR practices align with business goals, fosters a positive work environment, and supports talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Partner with hiring managers and HRMs to identify staffing needs. Partner with Talent Acquisition on site to discuss qualified candidates. Coordinate orientation and onboarding processes. Partner with the business to ensure proper introduction to the Leadership teams and appropriate work groups. 2. Employee Relations
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Mediate workplace conflicts and support resolution strategies. Promote a culture of respect, safety, and continuous improvement. Partner with the business on attendance, performance or behavioral concerns on site. 3. Compliance & Policy Administration
Ensure compliance with labor laws, OSHA regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Support audits and reporting requirements related to HR and safety. Support workforce planning and succession strategies. Maintain HRIS systems and generate reports. 4. Performance Management
Assist in implementing performance review discussions / processes. Support managers in setting goals and providing feedback. Identify training needs and coordinate development programs with Senior HR team. Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in human resources Need to have an understanding of laws Soft skills: good personality, people person, curious, self-initiative Always willing to jump in and do/help Willing to learn Not intimidated by a warehouse environment Must prioritize confidentiality JN007
