We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and growth-oriented

Business Development Manager

to spearhead our sales initiatives and channel partnerships across North America. This role will serve as a key liaison between our U.S. and Japan teams, contributing to exciting new product developments, market expansion, and revenue growth.

What You'll Do Sales Promotion & Marketing (50%) Identify and analyze new business opportunities through in-depth market research and customer insights. Collaborate with the Sales Manager to define clear objectives for expanding both existing and new accounts. Plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns, including participation in industry trade shows and events. Serve as a bridge between our U.S. operations and Japanese headquarters, especially for new product rollouts and market positioning. Business Planning & Strategy (30%) Develop and manage annual sales budgets and gross profit targets for new business areas. Monitor performance trends vs. targets and report results to senior leadership. Lead pricing strategy, cost control, and program management to meet revenue goals. Create mid-term business plans by forecasting growth potential, profit margins, and risk factors. Cross-functional Collaboration (20%) Coordinate with internal departments, customer stakeholders, and distribution channels to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives. Foster strong, long-lasting relationships that support business continuity and trust. What You Bring Proven experience in business development, marketing, or strategic sales-ideally in a cross-cultural, B2B environment. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluency in English; Japanese language skills a plus for coordination with Japan HQ. Why Join Us? Global Exposure:
