We're partnering with a reputable construction company in Cleveland, OH to help them hire a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist for a direct hire opportunity. About the Role:
As the sole AR professional supporting multiple locations across several states, you'll manage full-cycle accounts receivable including invoicing, collections, and cash applications. This is an onsite role with a supportive and family-friendly culture
Responsibilities:
Prepare construction invoices
Applying customer payments and collections
Perform basic Excel tasks such as formatting, exporting, and updating data
Maintain accurate records and resolve discrepancies
Communicate professionally with internal teams and clients
Qualifications:
Construction accounts receivable experience is required
Basic Excel skills (formatting/exporting/updating)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Work Environment:
Onsite in Cleveland, OH
Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM (can start as early as 7 AM, but must begin by 8 AM)
Business casual dress code (jeans permitted)

Pay Details:
$55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
